Most of old one possess this system. The newly made drilling (Merkel, Krieghoff, Zoli...) possess a separate safety and/or cocking device just behind the opening key.
Some are a bit complex but once learnt they are easy to use.
Problem these combination guns are very expansive except may be the Zoli which is good one even if not made in Germany.
