That's where I get most of my brilliant ideas.

There seems to be alot of-or some-concern about getting the seated bullet up to the base of-or into-the neck, and still load to mag length in a short action.

Once all that gets straightened out, the rest is gravy. I think there are plenty of reamers that are pretty close-available.
