we'll need doctors, mechanics, machinists, wives, husbands, teachers, farmers, hunters, and many other experts such as chefs, loggers, leo?, nurses, fishermen, etc.
would we need prison guards, correctional officers, parole officers, etc. if we can just attract a higher quality prison inmate??
