I'll mention a prewar Browning A5, which was well used, with a cut down stock, for $150, about 6-7 years ago. I put a tuneup kit in it, and it shoots quite well. I think at some point I will get the choke reamed to open up the patterns.

I bought a Ruger 77/22 about 17-18 years ago, and it is superbly accurate. It served admirably in the Texas Coon Wars, this past year smile
