I made that chart last year.
Now I only consider Hodgdon extreme powders.
Re17 gives 200 fps over most powders, but has to be reduced and extra 200 fps for temp compensation.
And in reality, I run Mauser case heads at 67 kpsi and H&H case heads at 72 kpsi.
