Can't agree more. I have bought more than 40 high-end products from Doug (Leica, Minox and Zeiss) over the past 8 years - just the most incredible service you could ever imagine. And, Doug has become a VERY good friend to me - not something that happens often when you buy from someone.
I would NEVER EVER buy optics from anyone else.
