When I open my pictures with "photo editor" there is a button at the top called "image." When I click on this button, I get a drop down menu with a "resize" option on it. When I click this option, I get a box with several little windows in it, one being "inches" with an arrow. Click the arrow and along with inches, I have the choice of CM or pixels. Scroll to pixels and change the width to no more than 760 (Maximum before you over fill the screen and have to scroll back and forth to see the whole picture.)
Search through your program, there must be something similar in it.
