The Hornady #7 manual does not list a powder slower than 760. It seems that the 4895, 4064, and Varget burn rate is standard. If all you have is H4350, try it. It is slow enough that you will be safe. I expect you will probably run out of room before your pressure gets too high. I know of some folks who like compressed 4350 loads even though they run slow. Your accuracy might be just fine.
