I would be looking for the Mathews Genesis bow. It's been the #1 bow for kids -forever-.
Draw length from 0" to 30" so even adults can shoot them.
SAME energy and power as a 35Lb recurve bow. If you need more, then I would just get them a 40LB compound bow with the adjustable draw lengths you need.
