PN tubes have shot decently enough. But with my match guns I was picky. I'd have liked Krieger or Rock or Obermeyer type accuracy, but they didn't quite do it.
Depends on what you want. FOr me in that issue the pac nor allowed the speed and gave acceptable accuracy with a better BC bullet. Very small performance window there to gain 3 inches or so less wind drift at 600 yards in matches. But the 10 ring is 3 inches wide as is the 9 so you see what it gained me. But still basically a .5 moa capable barrel give or take. While the rest are typically .5 and under.
