I picked up the 1A this morning. It is in excellent + condition. The wood is very nicely figured, bluing is excellent, wood has a couple of very light handling marks. The bore was dirty from collecting dust in a closet. After a couple of patches it looks like an unfired barrel. Beautiful. It's no wonder it wasn't shot. It has a set of Ruger 77 rings on it- backward! High ring in front, low in the back. We figured that if the scope was aimed at a target 100 yards away the bullet would be hitting the ground at somewhere between 35 and 50 yards from the muzzle. Pics as soon as I can.
