my position remains a bottom up solution. contact local Sheriff's and their Officers, or agree to vote to replace them, add on support from the County Commissioners, State Reps, and State Senators, the Governor, and the additional hierarchy including the Congresional Ldrshp, and the US Senators. we want everyone engaged in the conversation and in approval, before a single decision is made.
