That's exactly the question that most of us are asking since you've posted pics of your "MOA" (if you ignore some of the shots) groups.
I suppose, in your case, that MOA likely stands for "minute of azz" where deer are concerned.
My Hawkeye does just fine in my hands as well as others who have shot it. In your hands.....not so much.
