thanks for the info also I though I was the only one haveing trouble with thin necks on the Weatherby brass. If I don't anneal them I will start splitting the necks on the second loading of less then max loads. the 7mm rem mag necked down to .257 is working really well for me. I may not spend the money on Wetherby brass again.
