You're welcome and I appreciate your kind words. You'll probably notice that there are some typos in the article and footnotes. I copied and pasted the article as it was posted on the web at
www.findarticles.com (I gave the link above). I didn't bother doing an extensive spell check on it before posting it. Still, I think it should be fairly easy to understand and correct the typos where they occur. I'm glad you enjoyed the article.
