I believe the Russel "Morseths" were made by Bob Dozier.

Cisco, that's my understanding as well. On his web site he says he made a
lot of Morseth knives while at Russell. I don't think there's any way to tell if this is one of Dozier's pieces but most likely it is. Wish there was to be certain. That would be double fun.
