Considering its a 5,600# 4wd truck with 381 HP and over 400 ft lb's of torque, it does not get bad gas mileage....at least IMO. In town mileage on mine is between 12 and 14 but on the open road I can do a tad better than the EPA sticker says. For me the key is to keep the rpm's under 1750.
