Recently - in the past few months - there was a discussion about a grocery store; Trader Joe's or Aldi that was going to build in an inner city neighborhood. The local community leaders created such a hassle for the store chain that they decided not to build the store. I need to find that thread and if possible the source for that information. This is to help some graduate students that are working on a research project. Yes, I did try the search function here and Google but had no success. Thanks in advance for your help.
