Several buddies of mine have filed their archery tags sitting water, still no bears to water for me yet although we have something like 9 different bears hitting water on one of our cameras.
Try Unit 32. If you can't find them spot-and-stalk when the pinions are on, then try Rattlesnake and the west rim. Pretty easy, actually. Pipestem is a good access point.
