Looking for a quality 10,000 lb winch with synthetic rope. Prefer not to buy Warn cause I cant' afford 'em. Any recommendations? I'm winching a 1952 Jeep, M-38 w/ a fair bit of gear attached (gas and water cans, jacks, spare tire, tools, firearms, ammo and a rooftop tent. 10,000 lbs is prolly over-kill for this little jeep. Not sure though. Any purchase advise is appreciated. Don't think this winch is gonna get used heavily, but I'd like something reliable in case I ever need it. I am not a regular off-roader, but I'd like a quality product that gives peace of mind at the lowest reasonable price.
