I think part of my issue with tat's is a couple of now adult granddaughters that are walking billboards, you see it's part of their artistic expression. We are talking arms and most of the back. I don't have anything to say about it in the sense they are adults, but I don't have to like it.
Seeing them as babies, and now walking billboards.
