No. It's preferred. In Mexico they would already have a kid or two. Matter of fact, most the brown and black Dimocraps in the US that age do too. The crime is that we have to pay for it.
High school should be over by the age of 16. They don't learn enough more to be able to get a job in two more years anyway. In India, students are entering college at that age.
Okay, let's make it more interesting. Say that tomorrow it was no longer illegal for an adult to have sex with a 16-year-old.
