The area 34 Cow /calf tags are for "OFF" national forest use, so they are limited in public hunting to State land trust and blm land. With work and money you may be able to find a ranch to allow you to hunt. I know people that hunt down there and access is limited and being an outsider ,they are not afraid to offend you with the size of trespass fees......
How is your antelope hunt going in this awesome weather. I hate hunting goats in snow.....LOL
