HK had produced the USC (Universal Self loading Carbine) for civilians to purchase and they could have been made into a UMP if you paid the NFA Tax. Unfortunately HK stopped selling them to the general public.


No, he's right. They made an MP5 in 10mm. Dubbed the MP5/10 it was made for the FBI and I believe DOE's NEST teams used them


Very cool, didn't realize they made the MP5 in that caliber? I loved it in the 9mm version especially on full auto. The UMP feels "cheaper" to me but is still a sweet shooting sub gun!
