I've used a large variety over the years; overall, I have gotten to like the good old common everyday high velocity hollowpoints available from many makers. Two favorites are the CCI Minimags and Federal 712 Game Shoks. There are niches where many different loads are good, but overall rounds like the CCI Minimags, Federal Game Shoks, Winchester Super X and Powerpoint, etc., have a great combination of good accuracy, good terminal ballistics, flatter trajectory, lube that doesn't rub off or collect pocket grit, and average price between el cheapo plinking ammo and high dollar target loads. Usually easily available, except for the events of the last few years, I.E. Obama fear panic/scalping/hoarding frenzy.
