I have a 2003 Lance 815 which weighs in unloaded at 1,850 lbs per the sticker on the unit. Unloaded is without propane, water in the tanks, no battery and no personal items in the unit. It goes on a 1996 3/4 ton Dodge Cummins 4wd automatic which handles it real nice. I do have air bags on the truck which level out the back end when the Lance is loaded.
