I do freelance PR/Shooting Event's for Nikon and I can assure you the turrets do not turn on a whim and as for the reticle sucking, Myself and others have blown up four inch jars of tanerite at 600 yards using Nikon's BDC reticle and Spot On Ballistic Program. Incredibly easy to use and also very accurate for longrange shooting. Just enter your shooting data and off you go. I have personally purchased 2 M-223 3-12 BDC 600 and Rapid Action Turret Scopes for my own AR's. I use them at shooting event's and coyote hunting. Drop me a note if you have any question's. I don't do any sales but I'm sure there are site sponsors that can help you out. http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd363/bman940/M-223%203-12/M-2233-12RAT.jpghttp://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd363/bman940/M-223%203-12/1-1.jpg
