you send me a trace of your binos and i build the bino bag to fit with any extra pockets or loops that you want. i have a ton of camo to choose from as well as solid colors. 500 or 1000 d. cordura with waterproof ykk zippers. the loops hook onto carabiners that hook to loops that i sew onto your jacket, coat or vest or onto your backpack shoulder straps. easy to carry and take off without removing your backpack.
Could you do a flap to cover the Binos. Maybe with magnetic closure... Case sounds very cool.
One problem i have with current "harnesses" is that the elastic straps are weak from the get go and lose their elasticity and stay stretched out very quickly
