this boils down to whether you believe reporting a riot in Buenos Aires is being in a "war zone".

To say that O' Reilly is vindicated or has resolved the matter is to say you agree with that statement - to date, no one has been able to produce video or documented evidence of people being killed at this protest by gunfire

I personally think O' Reilly exaggerated his experiences as the actual event faded into memory his experiences there became a fish story the more he told them. If you dug hard enough on any reporter, I'd be willing to bet you can find an exaggerated story, a lie on a resume, a fabricated situation - its inherent to their job.

I believe this is a common problem with "field" reporters as they all want and need credibility with their peers and audience.
