I'll be highly considering your advise here when I make my first choke purchases.
As noted above by bea175, "The only problem chokes are like handgun holsters , you will find yourself with a box full that you don't ever use , just to find the one you are looking for." That's my reality from setting up six previous 12ga turkey thumpers. I enjoy the hunt (both choke and turkey) and am willing to put a few bucks into it however my ancestry is Scottish....

This thread certainly has been fun and instructive. I've learned some things from you guys operating in my targeted 20ga realm. I'm impressed with all the advise, suggestions, and recommendations posted here and appreciative.
