I'd use Talley LW's all day long. It fits the concept of a lightweight rifle.
I've used both. The difference in weight is negligible. About 1 oz.
That's fine. I'm just making a loyalty statement based on stellar performance with many hunts - including the "quick release" version. No failures from .204's to the 375 H&H. Options are always nice to have though.
