The Meadow Lake Provincial Park in Saskatchewan has a lot of lakes, many of which with cabin and boat rentals. I would suggest Flotten Lake (lots of structure and walleye, but watch for rock piles and submerged islands), Waterhen Lake (bigger water with some bigger pike), Keely Lake (known for walleye), or Canoe Lake (bigger than Waterhen but outside the PP so catch limits are greater).

If you want to go a little further you could try Pinehouse Lake and Kamkota lodge. Lots of walleye there, but big pike numbers seem to have dropped off.
