Heck, almost anyone could be a sniper. Six things involved, training, training, training, and practice, practice, practice. Not so, hardest training ever to be invisible and know your gun. then you need to look in a mans eyes and shoot. I would be inclined to say that is not likely. These days, prior to going to selection, a candidate spends time with a psych doc. I actually have empathy for the mentally ill. Often, (if not self induced from years of illegal drug use) the mentally ill develop a disorder over time and it is nothing they asked for, and they have a difficult time coping with their affliction.
It is one of the reasons I am kind to people I meet on the street who have not given me a reason to treat them otherwise.
