My 2 cents: You might try and look for wool items at a Army-Navy surplus store. They always seem to have various bits of wool clothing that are good quality but that are usually way too small for most adults, in my experience. Might work for your daughter. Might be a bit big, but as long as it isn't too awful big, it might not be a big deal. If you aren't spending much you could always experiment and throw the wool in the wash/dryer and see if it shrinks to her size!
