My memory fails me...
How many 35-300s have actually been created?
What about loading dies?

No idea, though I'm thinking making a die should be no big trick.
That said, I have no need for one and ain't [bleep] with the 250R either.
The only reason I can see a 35/300 is if the bore is shot on a 300.

Wouldn't the ballistic of a 35/300 be about the same as the old 35 Remington ?

I would expect that the .35-300 would fall in between the 35 rem. and the 358 Win. Probably muster 2400 fps with a 200 grain bullet.
