I am selling a few guns this month to make some room in the safe. This one is a very clean Winchester Model 64 chambered in .32 Special. The gun is all original and in excellent+ condition.
The gun has no modifications. No extra holes for scope mounts, no compasses in the stock, no sling swivels, no bad surprises of any type. It has its original sights, including the front sight hood. Like nearly all postwar Model 64s it has two FACTORY drilled holes on the left side of the receiver for a receiver sight (I have a nice all-steel Redfield that I'll be listing separately).
The gun has been used, but it shows little sign of it. There are a couple of very small dings on the right side of the forend. There is a noticeable scratch in the blueing on the left side of the receiver (not as bad as it appears in the photo).
In short, this is a very high condition Winchester in a tough to find configuration (roughly 65,000 Model 64s were produced, and the vast majority of them are 30-30s). You'll have a very tough time finding a nicer one. The bore is great and the gun cycles and locks up smoothly.
Price is $950 shipped in the lower 48.
