I like those 1/2 flaps... Safariland used to make one a long time ago. I had one for my K-frame 6" .22 Jet. Sold it to a friend after he lost his K22 while out 4-wheeling with a cheap nylon holster... Fortunately he found it before anyone else did or ran it over...

IS..you ever get a holster for the SP101/.327?

another place i have bought a ton of stuff through the years is charley's militeria. This holster can be bought with the stuff to make it LH, RH, open with a strap, or a shoulder holster. Worth brousing around:

I am not so concerned about the fast draw stuff, as they provide good protection again mud, snow, rain, sleet, ice, dirt, and so on.
I think there is a reason why the military used them for so long.
i have a number of the real ones, but don't use them because of age and collector value, but i do also have a number of these.

they sell those WWII version shoulder holsters too, which i like. Leather is pretty decent quality.

Not yet.

I have the ones (two) I want book marked for a little later. I just put WiFi in the house, and Momma has been wishing for a tablet. So the available funds this month went toward a surprise Galaxy 4 10 inch tablet for Momma.

I will get my leather ordered in a month or so.

Oh and Ron, Thanks again!
