Boston? Hah.. Opinions are like azzholes - everybody's got one..

Besides, the GOP can easily snatch defeat from the jaws of victory all by themselves - they don't need Trump for that..

“There is a lot of bluster and anger on Trump’s part, but a lot of his solutions are big government solutions,” Paul said. “I think eventually people are going to come to their senses and say ‘oh my God, I liked his angry vitriol, but I didn’t realize he was for gun control, Obamacare, increasing taxes, and taking private property.’ ”

I don't believe he is for gun control; but who knows.

I like Paul, but he's trying to prop up his run against Trump. I don't disagree with Paul at all, I don't trust Trump worth a damn, but Paul is desperation personified right now.

And yes, I STILL have the Paul sticker on my pickup from his Senate run, and a spare for next year.

I'd rather have Cruz/Walker or vice-versa, than Trump any day.

Rand Paul is the right choice. Shame some still believe the old core of Republicans are gonna lead them to the promised land.

Donald Trump's eminent domain love nearly cost a widow her house by David Boaz:
For more than 30 years Vera Coking lived in a three-story house just off the Boardwalk in Atlantic City. Donald Trump built his 22-story Trump Plaza next door. In the mid-1990s Trump wanted to build a limousine parking lot for the hotel, so he bought several nearby properties. But three owners, including the by then elderly and widowed Ms Coking, refused to sell.

As his daughter Ivanka said in introducing him at his campaign announcement, Donald Trump doesn’t take no for an answer.
Trump turned to a government agency — the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) — to take Coking’s property. CRDA offeredher $250,000 for the property — one-fourth of what another hotel builder had offered her a decade earlier. When she turned that down, the agency went into court to claim her property under eminent domain so that Trump could pave it and put up a parking lot.

Peter Banin and his brother owned another building on the block. A few months after they paid $500,000 to purchase the building for a pawn shop, CRDA offered them $174,000 and told them to leave the property. A Russian immigrant, Banin said: “I knew they could do this in Russia, but not here. I would understand if they needed it for an airport runway, but for a casino?”

Ms Coking and her neighbors spent several years in court, but eventually with the assistance of the Institute for Justice they won on July 20, 1998. A state judge rejected the agency’s demand on the narrow grounds that there was no guarantee that Trump would use the land for the specified purpose. “TRUMPED!” blared the front page of the tabloid New York Post...

In 2000 he was for 3 day waiting periods on gun purchases and assault weapon bans.
Now he says he's always been against any form of gun control...

Take your pick. Lots of people have evolved over 15 years on their gun stance. Do you trust him?

This Country has been led down the road to ruin by Politicians who change opinions like socks, no more.

We need Leaders who understand that Government has grown so large it threatens all of us.

I've lost a lot of respect for Rand. He seems to think that he is smart enough to game the system that defeated and disenfranchised his dad. He wants to run as an outsider but then cozy's right up to the establishment by trying to act as their attack-dog against Trump. He did a great thing when he filibustered against snooping. He should do more of that and build his base rather than attacking.

Trump is the only GOP candidate who will get out the vote.

Trump will fill his administration with the best people for the job.

He has no choice, that system that porked his Dad is porking him.

Why do you think Republicans and Democrats work so hard at making sure they are the only game in Town?

Been my premise for along time now. A candidate who refers to female newscasters as "Bimbos" and whose policies are a mish-mash of far left populist tripe has no chance in the general. Republican voters better wake up or we'll miss the best opportunity in a long-time to win back the White House---and to control the Supreme Court for the next 20 years.

Rand took himself out of contention before the system had a chance to.

The campaign staff Rand hired are a gaggle of idiots.

Rand started taking bad advice as soon as it became apparent that he was headed to Congress and it's gone from bad to worse.

Basically, Rand scuttled his Presidential campaign *and* destroyed the liberty movement the day he went on FOX and endorsed Romney.

Somebody much smarter than Rand advised him to do so and Rand didn't have the brains to understand why they chose for him to do that.
