Looks like a Remington 700 to me... Did the bolt handle fall off and trigger snap too. The extractor hanging on by a fingernail?. Wait, it is a fingernail.. Carry on..

A turd by any name is still a turd. Mossbergs are known for their accuracy, they rival Tikkas. OK, they are accurate turds. I never seen one at the range or in the field. The Raptor lineage is a turn-off for me and there are lots of inexpensive bolt action CF rifles that I would select ahead of a Mossberg ATR, but spend your money where you want to and I will do the same.

I have trouble seeing nuance in the printed word.

260, that was 100% tongue-in-cheek! They are normally pleasantly accurate rifles.

Note: it took some serious GoogleFu to identify that thing; I just knew BSA was WRONG! $147 is fairly reasonable.

Generally ugly crap as well. You would think that as long as they've been around, one time at least they would have managed to find someone with an eye for what looks good. If you're going to build crap, at least make it attractive crap.
What fresh Hell is this?

Cheap, but reliable, crap sells in volume and all those little margins add up.
I thought that the 800 Mannlicher and 800 Deluxe were good looking rifles, but the plastic trigger housing is poorly designed and potentially dangerous. Like somebody posted, Mossberg's best center-fire rifles were the 1500s that were rebadged Howas.

If it shoots reasonably well I am going to treat it to a Boyds stock. That should handle some of the ugly. I just mounted a VX2 a few minutes ago. It feels great.
