Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

Great thread. It's still my dream to move to AK once the boy's done with HS and on his way.
Just haven't figured out how I'm going to support myself/find work yet but I have 3 years to figure it out I guess.

Awesome pics! It just ignites my dreams of living and hunting Alaska. It's been about 10 years since I have been and that's 10 years too long!

My son joined me on Kodiak for a great billy...and then took off a week ago with a buddy for a last ditch sheep hunt. He followed the fleeing sheep in the peaks... Brutal weather, amazing country and a bivy at 8000'..a balmy 8* and 40-50 knot winds paid off....he took a great ram. F&G measured him at 36.5x13.5... ]

Nice ram. held my buddies ram as it came off the Stinson the other night but did not measure.
Sheep are grand. I hope by the time I"M an AK resident, I can draw a tag and manage a ram before I die. I simply can't afford the hunts at this point in life.
But photos keep one in the dream!
We didn't get to 8 in moose camp, but down to 15, 8 still isn't bad at all, but you do have to be prepared for it.
The snow line on the mountain kept changing this year and for the first time we never saw a sheep up top where we moose hunt.

A lot of awesome pictures.
Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.

Thanks fellas, he worked hard for that one.
The 24 hour start-to-finish stalk was nine miles round trip and 8000' combined ascent/descent.
His partner is obviously one tough sob, too. Somehow he finds time and energy to document their insanity.
Sheep was killed at 425 yards. Remington 700 SS 270wsm in a Lone Wolf Summit stock.
