Probably one of my favorite photos I've taken in recent years...

Those Feather River pics @ the afterbay bring back fond memories of combat fishing at its finest. For the most part very courteous fishermen.

WOW - - - - AWESOME
Judging by the lack of visible bugs and the short sleeves, I was not leaning towards Alaska. Then with the tan that your both showing I figured no chance this could be Washington. And I know a bunch of places in Oregon and didn't see anything familiar, so was going to guess California.
Very impressive!!!
If you have time to play on another site, I would like to recomend www.ifish.net This is based out of Tillamook Oregon and I bet you will be hooked once you have a look.
If you get registered, do a search for a guy that goes by "eyefish". He is from the Seattle area and also shares lots of awesome photos.

His name is Francis, he is an eye surgeon from the Seattle area.
