I got one of each and enjoy each of them immensely. Yes, as I have written about in several other threads, I was disappointed with the care and finesse required to load the single seven as it came from the factory. But I am darned grateful Ruger was able to engineer the gun to work at all. The single seven is the perfect platform for this cartridge if one wants a SA.

And with the free spin conversion, it is golden.

The 4 inch SP101 is also a very handy weapon, and is the one I intend to carry at my side regularly. But it is in dire need of an action tune.
