Sako Finnbear in .270 Win
Springfield 1911
Ruger No. 1-B, .30-'06
The Sako is insanely accurate. As accurate as my late .22-250, maybe more so.

Glenfield model 30 A. Bought it from a friend for 75 bucks about 20 years ago. Stock was beat...Had a 1" tube 4x scope on it mounted in a 1" ring in the front and a 7/8" ring out back.
Before I realized the ring dilemma, I shot it. I hit a beer case at 25 yards with one out of 4. Not good. A little inspection found the problem. I redone the stock and forend just for the heck of it and put on a cheap Bushnell 4x in decent rings up top.
Well....That stinkin' thing will hold a 1" 3-shot group at 100 yards with Federal 170 gr. flat points. I have shot around a dozen deer with it in the intervening years...Never fired a second shot. It's like shooting a shotgun on birds....See deer-bang. I normally don't even remember shouldering the rifle, The hammer seems to cock itself, and when the crosshairs miraculously replace my view with the naked eye, It goes bang.....Then a deer hits the ground.
For my style of hunting.....Still hunting and drives, That thing just amazes me.
The rifle does the job....I'm just along for the walk....Then the gutting and the drag.
Don't let the name fool Ya!

A Chinese pin-barrel SKS for 80 bucks. Bought it because it was "Commie" and at the time, kind of forbidden fruit, like two years after the Soviets caved. My dad had tried to bring some war booty home from RVN and he'd bought one to make up for GCA 1968. So on a visit home we marched down to Super Fair and got me one. Then we had a shoot and were just stunned that we were hitting stuff and not just making noise. I ended up scoping mine and with E Kraut practice ammo, it was a real bunny killer -- couldn't miss. Cheap, accurate and historic....

An ugly old 336 chambered for .35 Rem. Came with a period correct K2.5 Weaver scope. First shot off the bags at 100 yards was a dead X. Second shot nowhere to be found. Cranked up the spotting scope and could see that the hole appeared to be slightly elongated. Aimed at the top right box on the target, shot the cross out. Next shot at the lower right box-off by a whopping 1/4 inch. The gun flat out shot. And this with the first box of factory ammo I found in the the gun cabinet.

S&W 6946 (Third gen 9mm double stack compact DAO). The range I shot at in the late 90s had a bunch of police turn ins (apparently from court bailiffs so they were barely shot). I didn't need another 9mm and didn't want a DAO but they were so cheap I had to buy one. First time I shot it I shot it better than every other handgun I had. It's still one of my two carry guns over 15 years later and I have churned a couple dozen pistols through my safe.

My S&W 686-4 snubnose. I am absolutely amazed at the accuracy. It's my favorite revolver.

Purchased a wood stocked Mini-14 about 1990. Used to consider them pie plate accuracy, this one would always put the first three shots from a cold barrel into one inch with the 55 grain Yellow Box UMC ammo and also the white box Winchester HP stuff available at that time. Killed a bunch of groundhogs and crows with the hollow points and won a couple of informal "Turkey Shoots" with the UMC. Lost it in a fire and replaced it with a stainless synthetic that has never shot worth a damn.

This is hands-down the Marlin MR-7 in my book. Best rifle you can get for the $$ IME!! They only made them for 4 years though so if you see one you better hop on it. You'll be very glad ya did!!

A Ruger Security Six I bought at a pawn shop years ago when they were dirt cheap. Banging the gong at a 100 ain't hard with that piece.

I've never had a FTF/FTE, it's more accurate than I thought it would be and is more consistent which is more important to me. It is smooth and tight. As mentioned before I have a Marlin 60 that shoots as well as 10-22 Target model with a Volquartsen barrel.

When I was a teen in the 1960's my friend had a Mossberg bolt action .22 it was very accurate. I won two frozen turkeys with it at a shooting contest.

CZ550 Magnum in 458. Bought it cheap due to a broken stock and the local gunshop owner said no one else was crazy enough to want it. Fixed the stock, glass bedded the action, mounted a scope and went to the range with a box of 500gn WM. WOW! What a hoot and accurate, my favorite toy. Have worked up to 450TSX's at 2350 fps which really get your attention when you light one off.

Stevens 200 chambered in 223.that I got in a trade. The rifle lives behind the seat of the truck and gets beat to hell and is amazingly accurate.

SigArms SHR 970. '06, shoots quite well with many factory loads, haven't tried reloads yet. Also picked up a 6.5x55 bbl for it. Guess what? it shoots great too. Not bad for a $400 rifle and factory loads. ($400 bbl too though)
As mentioned by others, Swede '96 1918 mfg, matching #s except for cleaning rod, 2" 3 shot group at 200 yds with Rem factory 140's, "scout scope" setup, and ME shooting. Purchased for a donor to chop up. $85 at Big 5 in about 1997/98. Never got around to customizing it.
