The goats are being separated from the sheep - some shows continue downhill (seems like mostly the big commercial shows) and some others (local sponsor types) seem to have stayed well - or even gotten better. The large loser shows are likely to die a natural death.

The big Tulsa show is just about the only one I will go to anymore. Local Gunshows have become a fuggin Flea Market here.

I went to one today in Lakeland, Fl

$8 to park and $12 to get in.

Guns were overpriced IMHO and selection was poor.

I bought a 1 pt sling for my AR. Thats all.

Was that the Lakeland Rifle and Pistol Club show? That used to be one jam up gun show. Haven't gone in a few years

Thats been my feelings since my first one in my late teens....

We've bought a few guns at some, not more than 5, and those were specific trips.... since then, I've not felt the need to be abused and have not been in about 20 years....

The bright spot was the ability to handle a LARGE selecction of some firearm before buying... vs small local dealers...

^^^This^^^

That's the way our local shows are.

And I'd much rather support my LGS, anyways, that's owned by a buddy of mine.

I enjoy the ones I attend. Better than going to the movies.

Salem today I'm betting.

Yep. Could have been Harrisonburg or fishersville though. Same [bleep] different town

I think most have congregated at some Fed building in Easter Oregon. Send snacks and old copies of Soldier of Fortune.

Can't stand Salem anymore. Too much crammed into too little space. You can't even walk through the damned place. I'll take Roanoke any day over Salem. It also seems like Roanoke has more guns.
