May have to look it up. He's posted the brand before in the past.

Today was my dad's 85th birthday. I told him we would fix anything he wanted and he requested deer meat. I thin sliced the back strap into chops and pounded them to tenderize. Fried in a skillet with gravy made from the drippings, mashed potatoes and pinto beans. I can't believe how much a 85 year old man can put away and then still eat cake.

Breakfast today.

SOS over Sourdough Rye toast, and a cup of Joe.

Rio is eatin’ better!! That nilgai sausage I believe was made for the relief of Cowpore during the rebellion. It was OLD! I gave it to the hounds. Substituted a pair of fresh brats from Mr. Johnson.

The elk was good!

Chicken tortilla soup.

There's roasted chicken, tomatoes, black beans and corn under all those condiments.

Topped with Tapatio of course.
