A bowl of chili. With beans. Have not made chili with beans for 3-4 years. It's a pretty good batch. Gonna have a bowl or two for lunch today. Maybe a few saltines, and a large glass of ice cold milk.

Pizza from scratch.

The sauce had anchovies in it! Smells good.

I Lithuanian Potato Sausage last night......it looked and tasted horrible.
Fortunately I only made a small batch because I ended up chit canning the whole mess. Bacon/Sour Cream gravy and all.
It's a good the Creamed Peas I made for a side dish were good or I'd of had to go without dinner.

PS....the sausages didn't look anything like the picture either.

Ate a McRib for lunch.

Don't feel like eating tonight but wife made bacon wrapped chicken tenderloins that I might have to try.

Greens, grits, and eggs.

A half dozen strips of bacon chopped and fried. Throw in a chopped onion and a handful of garlic. A bid bunch of collards, stemmed and chopped. Big pinch of red pepper, salt, chicken stock........simmer for an hour.

Grits and eggs anyway you like. I like my eggs fried and yolks runny. Grits loose and salty. Rather use stock than milk in grits.
