Chuck eye over mesquite, Southwest salad with avocado dressing and oven roasted sweet potatoes. Doesn't get much better....

Tonight? Out of a can. Lol. Dumped them in a pot with some frozen green beans, salt, pepper, and simmered them up.

Other times with bacon and limas. Often with greens of some sort. Kale, mustard, collard, whatever. Simmer it all in a deep skillet with bacon or ham and some 9nion.
