Lamb loin chops, buttered fingerling potatoes, steamed broccoli & really good mint jelly;

Jim would eat this, perhaps with 4 more chops !

Only 4 in the vac bag though.

Helps to cut the fattiness of the lamb mutton !

wink

All of the mint sauces available in Australia, are vinegar based Jim.

The jellies are normally sweeter.

The current mint jelly we have, is a combination of both. Deb found it at a market in a country market, at Niagra on the Lake, while visiting our Daughter.

Stuck a nice brisket in brine last week. Boiled it up tonight with carrots and mash potatoes.

Oh Lawdy was it tasty!

It’s jam. It’s good with the pate, right on the toast with it

A salad of greens from the garden, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper and artichoke "salad" with a can of Costco (sorry Jim) canned albacore. The dressing was the oil from the 'choke' jar, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

Not dinner proper, but Carpaccio as an appetizer. Small end of a bull elk backstrap:
