We were supposed to have pot roast last night, wifey around lunch put everything in crockpot, etc. Come suppertime, she figured out she had it on "warm" the whole time instead of low or high....we'll eat it tonight I guess.
I threw some chicken breasts on the blackstone with some olive oil and badia fajita seasoning. Chopped it up as it cooked, through it back in a pan on the stone with some taco seasoning and salsa, once that soaked in and got some of those standup taco shells, filled them with chicken, put some mexican shredded cheese on top, and let them cook in oven for about 5 minutes or so to melt the cheese and heat the tacos shells. It was some kind of good.
