It is characterized by overly-aggressive or domineering social behavior, and carries the implication that such behavior is compensatory for the subject's stature. It's a wonder he doesn't also use larger calibers. Maybe the heavy bullet weights and fast twists are a substitute. Anything larger would result in a backflip when firing. Only question is: When he got beat up- How could someone stoop so low?

The rifle calibers all pushed him back about 2 feet every shot when firing prone, so he had to step it down a few notches. The quest is on to hit the gong at the 1500 inch range.
